All products being returned must be undamaged, in their original packaging and tags, and in their original condition. Within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item, we will check it and offer a refund. Attention: Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service staff within 15 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with an exchange address and an exchange authorization number. Kindly write this number on the outside of your package when returning it to us for exchange.
