⚠️ IMPORTANT — please read before ordering
This is a made-to-order product. You must tell us which fragrance you want. Enter the fragrance name in the "Fragrance Name" box on this page before adding to cart, or in the order notes at checkout.
Orders submitted without a fragrance name cannot be processed and will be held until we hear from you, which delays your shipment.
How to order
- Select your size — 10 ml, 30 ml, or 120 ml.
- Type the exact fragrance name you want in the Fragrance Name field.
- Add to cart and check out as normal.

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Returns
You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
- Contact us at scentsarabia@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a return authorization number and the return address.
- Write the authorization number clearly on the outside of your package.
- Ship the item back to us.
Once we receive it, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 7–10 business days.
What we can accept
Items must be unopened, unused, and still sealed, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Because fragrance is a personal care product, we cannot accept opened or used perfume back for hygiene and safety reasons. Please make sure you're confident in your choice before opening the bottle — and if you're unsure about a scent, message us first. We're happy to help you choose.
Exchanges
Same 15-day window. Contact us and we'll provide an exchange authorization number and address. Write the number on the outside of your package. Exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return or exchange shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 15 days with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
