Within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item, we will check it and offer a refund. Attention: Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service staff within 15 days of receiving your order. They will provide you with an exchange address and an exchange authorization number. Kindly write this number on the outside of your package when returning it to us for exchange.
All replaced goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging and tags, and in the same condition as when they were first purchased. Within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and send out the new item. Please be aware that shipping costs are not refundable, and consumers are in charge of paying for any shipping expenses incurred during an exchange.
